2007 promises to be a very interesting year for us and maybe it will be interesting for you as well. We are a small, high-tech, high quality office in Tinton Falls located about one mile from exit 109 on the Garden State Parkway. We are working with a new practice management / marketing team and have charted out a course for growth. We are looking for someone to help us build a better perio, soft tissue management program.
Excellent clinical skill and judgement are a given. What we are really looking for is that special person who reads our mission statement and feels like they have found a home. We want someone to join our team who loves the work and, without judgement or condescension can communicate with truth, empathy and compassion to the people we are called upon to serve. He or she must not only learn and integrate with our office systems and technologies, but also agree with our office philosophy which is to exceed expectations.
How about you? Do you fully understand the various ways that a mouth can be restored and are you comfortable explaining them? Do you really understand the relationship between good restorative dentistry and a healthy periodontium? Are you open to learning? Is it important to you to work in an office where we all care about each other and help each other setting and achieving common goals?
